Notice is hereby given that Persatuan Penduduk USJ (USJ Residents Association – USJRA) will be holding its 8th Biennial General Meeting on:

Date : 30 May 2009 (Saturday)

Time : 2.30pm (registration) / 3.00pm (BGM starts)

Venue : First Floor – Meeting Room, A&W Restaurant @ Kompleks 3K,

Off Jalan Kewajipan, Subang Jaya

The Agenda of the Meeting is as follows:

• Welcome address by Vice-President, Persatuan Penduduk USJ

• Confirmation of the Minutes of the 7th Biennial General Meeting held on 22 April 2007

• Presentation of the Activity Report (Year 2007 – 2009)

• Presentation of the Financial Report (Year 2007 – 2009)

• Appointment of the Election Chairman

• Election of the Executive Committee Members for the term of office for Year 2009 - 2011

-- for the positions of Honorary President / Hon. Vice-President / Hon. Secretary / Hon. Asst. Secretary / Hon. Treasurer / Nine (9) Committee Members / Two (2) Honorary Internal Auditors

• Other matters

• Members’ dialogue with YB Mdm Hannah Yeoh, ADUN Subang Jaya

This meeting is open to registered members of Persatuan Penduduk USJ (USJ Residents Association).

Not a member of the USJRA? No problem – we will be registering new members on Saturday from 2.30pm onwards. USJRA membership is limited to USJ residents only.
